Controls are open only when Bob Mitsven at the Shapers Club. This period is limited to a few weeks: once Bob has returned to San Diego, it is no longer possible to order a custom until his next visit.

• A fixed deposit of €500 to reserve your board.
• Visit balance is paid on delivery or before shipment.
• Payment options online, on site or by bank transfer.
• A deposit receipt will be sent to you to confirm the reservation.

Yes, every board is fully customizable :

• Choice of model (Fish, Egg, Magic, Glider...)
• Dimensions, rails, tail, fin configuration
• Finishes: tinted resin, polish, pinlines, fine glass-on, etc.

1. You receive a confirmation with the details of your order.
2. We are planning a personalized briefing (in a workshop or remotely).
3. Your board is then shampooed by hand by Bob during his residency.
4. You'll be notified as soon as it switches to glassingthen ready for collection.

Times vary depending on the model and the shaper's schedule:

• 4 to 8 weeks for a complete custom
• The boards in stock can be recovered immediately

• On site at the Shapers Club House (Marennes)
• Home delivery on request (France and Europe)

Yes, as long as the board hasn't yet been shaped. Once shaping has begun, only the finishes (color, polish, fins) can be modified.

• Rinse with fresh water after each session.
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure.
• Repair small farts quickly.
• Use a rigid or padded cover for transport.

Yes, a small number of boards pre-sharpened by Bob are available at the Shapers Club during his visit. These models can be seen in the "Models in stock of the site.
